‘Here to Stay’ message inspires Open Market

19th August 2014

Genuine enquiries and firm offers have increased dramatically following recent media releases proclaiming that “Open Market housing is here to stay.”

Cooper Brouard’s Open Market Director, Ross Le Marquand, was one of a selected number of industry professionals invited to a meeting with the States Public Services Minister, Paul Luxon, and told that a working party has been launched by the States in a bid to reverse a fall in Open Market property sales by promoting a clear message that it is “here to stay”. This corresponded with a call from senior Advocate, St John Robilliard of Mourant Ozannes, for promotional agencies to raise Guernsey’s profile in the world of finance and tourism.

Open Market buyers and sellers alike are responding positively to this motivation to awaken the sleeping giant.
