Cooper Brouard opened its doors in August 1996 and quickly established a reputation for providing a friendly and professional service in Local and Open Market Sales, Auctioneering and Lettings & Management.

Innovation has played a huge part in our success; the first Guernsey agent to launch a website, currently receiving 25,000 visits a month, the development of digital property particulars and the move to social media have given us a competitive edge that has allowed us to increase Local Market sales by 30% and lettings by 11% year on year to date. Our Open Market Sales team have enjoyed a resurgence in activity too and account for one third of total sales.

Power of the Press

Right from the start, Cooper Brouard recognised the power of traditional advertising and the Guernsey Press remains a mainstay of our printed marketing.

With adverts five days a week we know a vast cross section of local people are viewing our clients properties; the phone might not ring quite as often when The Press arrives as it did in 1986, but our website hits jump, as does engagement on our Facebook and Twitter accounts!
