Located close to St Peter’s parish Church , this agricultural field measures 1 vergee and 38 perch (approximately 3,200 sq m) and has access to bore hole water of 4,000 gallons per hour.
The soil is of good quality, well drained on gently sloping land. The whole area is enclosed by earth banks with good vehicular access.

At the far end of L’Eree beach is the tidal island of Lihou and the adjacent nature reserve that form Guernsey’s first RAMSAR site. Also hereabouts are the showground fields for the annual two-day West Show, an agricultural and side-show extravaganza.
