Not only was it the end of Covid restrictions, but it happened to coincide with ‘Random Act of Kindness Day’ so to say thank you to the teachers at La Houguette School for all of the extra effort they have gone to over the past two years, we dropped in with a selection of delicious treats from the Grazing Kitchen for them to tuck into at break times.
Headteacher Mrs Judd said, “It was a lovely surprise to receive these tasty gifts. Like everyone, we have had ups and downs in getting our jobs done over the course of the pandemic, but the team here have really gone the extra mile to keep the children motivated engaged and up to date on everything, and it is so nice to have that appreciated.”
